This multi-function cube is designed with a variety of multi-sensory learning opportunities, featuring a reversible top and over 7 different motor activities to explore. Your child will delight in progressing in motor skill, auditory discrimination, cognitive development, and musical creation. Following are some of the learning through play opportunities with Motor Skills Box, highlighted in the included parent guide:
· Sliding Beads – Slide and spin the colored beads along the wire.
· Gears – Touch or grasp a gear to spin all 3.
· Fill & Spill – Remove top & drop shaker shapes into the box. Turn box over to dump them out.
· Shape Sorting – Flip box over and drop the matching textured shape pieces into the shaped holes.
· Shape Stacking – Match the raised shape ends with cutout shape ends to create a stack. Shake the stack to create different sound variations.
· Color Learning – Identify the many different colors of the various components.
· Number Fun – Identify raised numerals 1-6 on shaker shapes & box corners.
· Tension Fill – Push the shaker shapes through the colored elastic bands into the box, and then pull them back out.
· Musical Notes – Grasp one or both mini mallets and strike the colored keys to hear different musical notes.
