I joined mostly for the discount, not just for my own family but also for gifts/donations to others.   I saw how much my 5-year-old daughter loves the toys, and immediately thought of who else could benefit from them.   I'm purchasing some as gifts for others, but also will donate my host rewards to the pediatric unit at a local hospital.
