To add this item to a new scheduled autoship deliveries, provide a valid
name and select a frequency, then click Add New ASD.

Option B: Include item in an existing autoship delivery

To include this item with an existing autoship deilvery, select one of the
autoship deliveries from the list, then click Add to Selected ASD.
