I am a proud Grammy of our 10yr old grandson, Owen and granddaughter Sadie who is 8.They both are the love of my life and are the primary reason I have decided to become an Play Advisor for Discovery Toys. I am seeking a way to earn extra money so that I may be able to visit them in Alaska. My oldest daughter, Sharon Stickel, Owen & Sadie's mom, was a DT PA.
I have recently retired from being a PS & PK teacher for the past 33 -+ years. Three passions in my life are family, children, and teaching. I realized that I can incorporate my passikns while being a Play Advisor with Discovery Toys. I have always said, if I wasn't teaching preschool, I would be a Discovery Toy Play Advisor. Well, I have decided to do both! I am very excited to reach out, and share my enthusiasm for the excellent learning and wonderful fun opportunities that Discovery Toys brings to each level of a child's development whether in the home or in my classroom.

I babysat for many years and presently still do. What a thrill it is each time I'd see the children's smiling faces when they saw the bag of Discovery Toys I brought with me. What fun we all have together! Both of my girls were raised playing with Discovery Toys. (They still have many of the same Discovery Toys today from when they were growing up!) I am so thankful for all the wonderful friends i now have being a DT Play Advisor.
